Stony Point Flats

Located at 2268 Stony Point Road in Santa Rosa, California (Sonoma County), Stony Point Flats will be a 70-unit affordable apartment community available exclusively to lower income households. The unit mix will include 12 one-bedroom units, 24 two-bedroom units, and 13 three-bedroom units. The three story design incorporates a large clubhouse, exercise room and leasing center, park like setting landscaping, community garden, barbecue and sitting areas, children’s tot lot and open parking.

On-site management staff will work to identify and accommodate the physical and social needs of the residents, and a services coordinator who will work with the on-site staff and the non-profit Managing General Partner to develop and provide services and programs tailored to meet the unique needs of the residents. Resident oriented social services and programs, including classes, social events, and high-speed internet service will be offered free of charge to residents. Resident services will play an integral role in the utilization of the amenity spaces to enhance the residents lives and support overall health and wellness.

The anticipated opening date is summer of 2023.
