Dawn oversees Integrity Housing’s corporate operations, providing leadership across finance, accounting, human resources, risk management, and administrative functions that support the company’s continued growth and success. With a passion for serving others and a commitment to operational excellence, she plays an integral role in developing and implementing processes that strengthen organizational effectiveness and support Integrity Housing’s mission.

Since joining Integrity Housing in 2009, Dawn has been instrumental in helping guide the company’s growth by bringing strong organizational leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to successfully execute complex initiatives. Her collaborative approach and dedication to fostering a supportive workplace environment contribute to the overall success of the organization and its teams.

Prior to joining Integrity Housing, Dawn worked with Irvine Apartment Communities as a Leasing Agent, supporting communities throughout Irvine and Newport Beach. Her experience included resident relations, marketing, lease negotiations, and assisting with day-to-day community operations, providing a strong foundation in property management and resident-focused service.
