Dawn Allen

Secretary/Treasurer

With a passion to serve others Dawn oversees all of Integrity Housing’s office operations, including budgets, accounting, financial reporting, human resources and risk management. New to affordable housing, she joined Integrity Housing in 2009. Dawn’s drive and ability to organize and execute were integral as the Company grows. Prior to joining the team she worked for Irvine Apartment Communities as a leasing agent for properties located throughout Irvine and Newport Beach. Her duties included resident relations, marketing, lease negotiations and assisting management with community operations. Dawn earned her degree from Texas Christian University and has also completed extensive coursework in affordable housing management, financing and resident services.
