Director of Project Management

Julie brings a collaborative and solutions-oriented approach to supporting Integrity Housing’s operations, development initiatives, and organizational goals. With a talent for building relationships across all levels of an organization, she helps foster an engaging and effective business environment that supports team members, business partners, and the communities Integrity Housing serves.

Julie works closely with Integrity Housing’s acquisitions and development teams, leading special projects and supporting key transaction processes. She has developed specialized knowledge in out-of-state welfare exemptions, managing filings and coordinating with partners to support compliance and successful project outcomes. Julie also works closely with the accounts payable team to ensure invoices are accurately processed and organizational operations continue efficiently.

Prior to joining Integrity Housing, Julie worked in the financial services industry with UBS and Morgan Stanley, where she gained valuable experience in account management, fund administration, and client service operations. Her background in financial coordination and process management provides a strong foundation for supporting the complex requirements of affordable housing transactions and organizational initiatives.
