With well over 25 years of experience in the affordable housing industry, Paul’s strong knowledge of all aspects of developing a successful real estate portfolio has given Integrity Housing the firm foundation necessary for responsible growth. His expertise in forecasting the financial strength of new transactions and the intricacies of financing with Low Income Housing Tax Credits have been crucial for the success of the Company’s development team. Paul has been involved in the acquisition, development, management, and financing of approximately 150 affordable housing communities since 1994.

Prior to Integrity, Paul was Chief Operating Officer of the Foundation for Affordable Housing, President of the Vesta Development Group, and Senior Vice President with the Kaufman and Broad Multi-Housing Group. He has played an integral role in negotiating all aspects of a project’s financing, development and acquisition. Paul earned his BS in Accounting from Loyola Marymount University and is a CPA (inactive) and licensed California Real Estate Broker.
