Portfolio Operations Manager

Key to a successful portfolio of multifamily housing is oversight of property operations. Toni comes to Integrity Housing with solid experience in systems development and supervision. Managing our Northern California and Arizona properties, Toni oversees day to day portfolio activities and establishes working plans and systems for each project phase. In tandem with Integrity Housing’s leadership team, she performs careful analysis of front and back-of-house operations, identifies areas for improvement and develops systems that provide support and solutions.

Prior to joining Integrity Housing Toni served as Oracle’s Director of Global Programs and Communications. She worked to develop and successfully implement global programs to enhance collaboration, provide mutual benefit for both sales executives and the partners they served and maximize incremental revenue growth. Through the programitization of processes and design of standards, the company was able to provide a better partner experience.

Toni’s goal at Integrity Housing is to ensure stakeholders have the tools and skills needed to effectively accomplish their objectives and to promote partners across the portfolio platform as well as insure financially successful communities.
