Gary oversees Integrity Housing’s compliance and construction operations, bringing more than 20 years of experience in the affordable housing industry. He is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and mitigating compliance and reputational risks while ensuring properties remain in full compliance with regulatory requirements, lender obligations, and financial reporting standards. Through ongoing monitoring of property operations and performance, Gary helps safeguard the long-term success and integrity of Integrity Housing’s portfolio.

In addition to his compliance leadership, Gary is actively involved in every phase of the construction process, including project management, estimating, and site supervision. His expertise helps bridge the connection between development planning, construction execution, and long-term operational success.
