She is passionate about creating efficient and collaborative environments, with a focus on operations, project coordination, and initiatives that support long-term organizational goals. Cameron contributes across departments, assisting with welfare exemption, special projects, transaction processes, and program support to help advance the organization’s development and resident service efforts.

Drawing on nearly a decade of experience in the real estate industry, Cameron has developed a strong understanding of affordable housing operations, welfare exemption, regulatory compliance, and the documentation required to support successful property management and development. Her detail-oriented approach and organizational expertise help ensure projects and initiatives are executed efficiently and effectively.

Prior to joining Integrity Housing, Cameron built a foundation in program management, stakeholder coordination, and large-scale event and project execution through her work in collegiate athletics.
