Nancy oversees the operational performance and regulatory compliance of Integrity Housing’s portfolio of affordable housing communities. She works closely with property management teams to monitor property performance, address operational challenges and resident services needs, and ensures the timely resolution of identified issues. Her leadership helps maintain high standards of compliance while supporting successful communities and positive resident outcomes.

With more than 25 years of experience in affordable housing, Nancy brings extensive industry knowledge and a mission-driven approach to her role. Prior to joining Integrity Housing, she served as Chief Operating Officer of a nonprofit affordable housing service provider, where she developed a comprehensive understanding of property operations, resident services, and organizational leadership.

Nancy holds a degree in Program Planning from the University of Maryland, a teaching credential in Health, Fitness, and Safety for Older Adults from California State University, Long Beach, and is a certified Falls Prevention Coach. She is passionate about promoting safety, well-being, and an exceptional quality of life for the residents Integrity Housing serves.
