Phil leads Integrity Housing’s corporate operations and strategic planning, driving the company’s growth through innovation in affordable housing, strategic industry partnerships, and strong investor relationships. His extensive knowledge of the complex public and private financing structures that support affordable housing developments enables Integrity Housing to identify and pursue new development opportunities while expanding its portfolio.
Phil began his career in affordable housing in 2005 with the Foundation for Affordable Housing affiliates, where he served as an Asset Manager. In 2009, he co-founded Integrity Housing as Vice President, focusing on project feasibility, acquisitions, development, and asset management. In 2017, he assumed the role of President, where he continues to guide the company’s strategic vision and long-term growth.
Throughout his career, Phil has been involved in the development and management of a portfolio exceeding 12,000 affordable housing units. These projects represent approximately $915 million in Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTCs), $312 million in conventional financing, and $899 million in 501(c)(3) bond financing.
